At AI Calling Experts, we specialize in delivering custom-built AI calling automation services. Since all our solutions are digital and uniquely tailored to each client’s needs, our delivery process is designed to ensure clarity, accuracy, and satisfaction.

This Delivery Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Digital Nature of Services

All services and deliverables are provided digitally, with no physical products shipped. Deliverables may include:

  • Custom AI call flows
  • Scripted conversations in selected languages
  • Voice configurations using ultra-realistic AI
  • Integration guides or dashboard access
  • Audio/video samples, testing reports, and analytics tools

2. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver most orders within:

  • 7 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of all required inputs from the client.

Factors that may affect delivery time include:

  • Project complexity
  • Number of languages or AI voice models requested
  • Client responsiveness to revision feedback
  • Scope of integrations and customization

We will always notify you of any expected delays.


3. Delivery Method

All deliverables are sent digitally via:

  • Email (to the address used at the time of purchase)
  • Secure download links or shared cloud folders
  • Onboarding materials via PDF, video, or other formats
  • Direct access (if using a platform or integration tool)

4. Revisions & Finalization

  • We offer unlimited revisions within the original project scope until you’re fully satisfied.
  • Once the final version is approved, the project will be marked as complete.
  • Future changes outside the original scope may require a new service agreement or plan.

5. Subscription Deliverables

For ongoing optimization or monthly support plans:

  • Deliverables and performance reports are shared on a recurring schedule (weekly or monthly, depending on the plan).
  • Optimization tasks are delivered in phases and prioritized based on client goals.

6. Missed Communication or Delays

If we do not receive required inputs, feedback, or approvals from your side, delivery timelines may be extended. We’ll reach out proactively, but it’s your responsibility to stay engaged during the project timeline.
